In the wake of the Supreme Court’sĀ ObergefellĀ decision, Robert Tracinski wades through what to expect now that same-sex marriage has been legalized.

Ilya Shapiro joins Tracinski in studio on this edition of the Federalist Radio Hour. The Senior Cato Fellow of Constitutional Studies argues that Justice Kennedy handed down the correct decision but for the wrong reasons.

Later in the program, Fredrik deBoer spoke with the two about why he’s an advocate of polygamous marriage. The academic and writer maintains that the Supreme Court’s decision ought to apply to all consenting adult relationships, regardless of sexual orientation or number of actors.
